How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Parrish Construction was started by R.C. Parrish in 1969. We are a second-generation company. Larry Parrish stepped into his father's shoes and took over the business almost 30 years ago and is a certified remodeler.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Parrish's longevity and experience assure our clients that their project will run smoothly. Design-Build is a system where the design and construction are contracted for with a single company known as the design-builder or design-build contractor. The main benefit of this system is to minimize the project risk for a homeowner and to reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and estimating and construction phase of a project.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are located in Boulder, but have completed major projects throughout the Denver-Metro area.

We are conveniently located east of Foothills Parkway and north of Pearl Parkway, on 'old' Pearl, just three doors from the frontage road.

Larry Parrish is the owner and President of Parrish Construction. We have a talented team of project managers and support personnel who make our company run smoothly.
