Initial Impressions was formed in September of 1999 - going on ten years now.
What is your primary product or service?
Initial Impressions offers custom embroidered fine items for every member of the family and every gift giving need.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have sewn since the summer I turned 10. In 1999, I visited an embroidery store in Minnesota, talked to the owner and quickly determined that I wanted to have my own embroidery business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Initial Impressions is known for its hands on involvement in helping customers design and create exactly what they want. There are no minimum orders and I thrive on the creativity of individual creations.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just Boulder -- no plans to expand.
