Quality work and always respectful! I‘ve had the great pleasure of Mark doing a full rebuild on my 79 Westfallia engine. My bus is a full restoration from top to bottom, so I’m extremely sensitive about who touches it. That being the case, I searched high and low for the best technician to do my engine rebuild. Mark came with great recommendations from everyone I spoke with, and I talked to a lot of people; other technicians, diehard VW restoration guys, and local vendors. I heard nothing but good things about his knowledge and quality of work. Over the past couple months I’ve witnessed Mark’s craftsmanship first hand and it’s everything I was told it would be – superb! Mark has even taken the time, late into the night and way past shop hours, to discuss my project on several occasions. In my opinion he’s one in a million and I’ll be a customer for life. Just understand that when someone is in high demand due to their reputation for quality service, such as Mark is, sometimes you have to be patient because other customers want his services as well. I for one will stand in line or wait a few days. Hell, I’ll wait even a week or more to have Mark work on my bus. In today’s market quality seems a thing of the past, but not at Wolfsburg Autowerks.
