What is your primary product or service?
Adler’s M&A practice is focused on sourcing transactions for private equity firms which are primarily interested in acquiring or investing in lower middle market companies (those with revenue from to $10 million to $100 million). Adler & Company also represents private individuals in the western United States on an hourly basis and private equity groups nationally on a success fee basis. Adler has active, fee agreements with approximately seventy private equity groups and is actively sourcing deals in the manufacturing, distribution and business service industries.

Director, Mergers and Acquisitions, Moto Photo, Inc. 7/87 - 9/89
Executed acquisition or merger of 49 competitive firms: Identified and approached desirable targets, structured and negotiated transactions, presented deals to board, managed legal and financial due diligence processes. Was a member of a three person finance team that placed $8mm in subordinated convertible notes and $12mm in senior debt.

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am a "buy Side" investment banker, which means that sellers do not pay me, they do not sign contracts with me, and they work with me as long as they feel it's generating the results they want. I work for the best capitalized, most active financial buyers in the United States.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
My office is in Westminster. I am beginning a program to recruit other deal maker nationally.

What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
Out beyond ideas of wrong-doing and right-doing, there is a field. I’ll meet you there. When the soul lies down in that grass, the world is too full to talk about. Ideas, language, even the phrase ‘each other’ doesn’t make any sense.
